Get your home ready to defend against winter.

Hey there AMA tribe,

I received the email below from one our HVAC guys and thought I’d share. The one thing I would add to the list is clear any debris off the rain water grates on the road in front of your house. This will help prevent flooding in the spring when the snow melts!

Fall Home Prep Checklist

As the kids head back to school and many of you return to the office, your home will be spending more time on its own.

When the house is empty during the day, you want to know it’s protected. Ensuring your HVAC and plumbing are ready for the fall  means fewer surprises and more peace of mind for your family.
