Small Group Training
Measuring your progress is sort of a thing in the martial arts... So, when it comes to fitness we like to keep things on the level by using group heart rate monitoring both in class and while our students are working out on their own.
Our GHT (Group Heart Rate Training) app allows your coach to keep in touch with what you are doing to stay in shape even if you go to a gym outside the dojo. It also allows you to chat, encourage, and challenge your fellow karate students to reach their goals! Remember, having an awesome community of people to keep you motivated is key to achieving long term success in fitness and the martial arts.
