ShePower – Self Defence Workshop for women – Is a 2hr fitness class for women of every fitness level.  This class teaches street self defense concepts and skills needed to feel safe in this everchanging world. This class will include cardio and body weight exercises. Participants will work with pad, shields and Heavy bags and other small equipment.

16 WEEK LADIE’S SELF DEFENSE COURSE – SHEPOWERIs a comprehensive course that teaches students how to use their strengths against an assailant’s mental and physical weaknesses, and how to solve personal safety concerns related to fears about being attacked, street crimes, dating violence, and intimate partner violence. The course teaches students how to defend themselves against common chokes, grabs, bear hugs, and other attacks often used by larger, stronger aggressors. The course also teaches students how to be loud and use effective striking techniques.  Participants will reach fitness goals and learn life saving skills.

The course begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training.

The course does not teach a martial arts program.
